OUR TEAM
Only Element operates through a clearly defined EU-Vietnam supply control structure. Projects are managed through Only Element Ltd. in Lithuania, while sourcing, production, and quality control in Vietnam are coordinated under dedicated supervision. This ensures that technical requirements, manufacturing execution, and delivery remain aligned within one accountable system.
Dr. Jonas Zukas, Founder & CEO, is responsible for client communication, technical coordination, contractual matters, and overall project responsibility within the European Union. He is directly involved in key production decisions and oversees critical stages of execution when required.
Mr. Le Duy Minh, Production Manager, is responsible for production coordination in Vietnam, including daily supervision of manufacturing processes, continuous quality control, and pre-shipment verification.
Quality control is performed throughout the entire production cycle - from raw material selection at source, through daily checks during manufacturing, to final inspection and packaging before shipment. This continuous oversight minimizes the risk of defects and ensures compliance with agreed specifications. The production structure allows capacity to be reallocated if necessary, reducing dependency on a single manufacturing source and supporting continuity across projects. This model provides clients with a direct connection between EU-based accountability and controlled execution in production.
